New Pokemon-Themed SanDisk MicroSD Cards Are Here To Store It All

At long last, Pokemon microSD cards are here. For fans of the pocket monsters franchise, you can now grab one of several SanDisk microSD cards in varying sizes. When you’re not using them to store games on your Nintendo Switch–or other electronic devices like Steam Deck–you can gaze at the cute little Pokemon stamped on the plastic. Right now, you can get a Pikachu (256GB), Gengar (512GB), or Snorlax (1TB) microSD card. It’s rather appropriate that Snorlax has the largest capacity. This is the only model currently available to purchase at Amazon, and it’s already temporarily out of stock (but you can still order it–for now, at least).

It’s worth noting that you are paying Nintendo tax on these storage units, as in comparison, regular SanDisk Ultra microSD cards with the same performance are considerably cheaper. Heck, you can snag a 1.5TB SanDisk microSD card for $110 with this Amazon deal.
